"After being a customer for well over 5 years? Or I believe even longer I’ve come to a point where I need to cancel and switch over to a new insurance provider. Unnecessary rate increases on home and auto policies and no support from the insurance reps from this office to try and keep a customer. No claims have ever been filed on my home policy and 40% increases 2 years in a row. I came across Costco’s insurance “Connect” and they were able to beat my current auto and home rates by a massive amount and with even more coverage. Disappointed in State Farm and in this office."
